Brollies Burst Quilt
Crafted for the OMQG roosting round robin quilt challenge, “Brollies Burst” symbolizes a dynamic creative journey. Each prompt—center block, color, foundation paper piecing, appliqué, stars, labeling, and shadows—inspired distinct features. Can you identify the various design features? Vibrant hues mingle with intricate stars, while playful shadow accents deepen the design that features an overarching star. A testament to versatility, this quilt embodies the spirit of creative exploration.
This quilt measures about 74″ x 88″.
Off-the-Dice Rectangles Quilt
The Becker Handmade Off-the-Dice Rectangles throw-size quilt measures approximately 60-inches by 66-inches.
This quilt gets its name because it’s an off-the-cuff improv quilt with decisions on colour and construction made by rolling dice!

Inspired by a memory of my Mom’s traditional 9-patch quilt, which adorned our family couch growing up, I sought to reinvent this classic block.
I chose to play with scale, resulting in ‘9-Patch-Ception.’ This quilt features nested 9-patch blocks, creating a captivating visual effect with the blocks nestled inside one another. This is a fresh perspective of this traditional quilt block.

Stag and Thistle Quilt

Birch Point Quilt
I pieced and did the free-motion quilting on this Birch Point Quilt. This pattern was designed by The Blanket Statement.
It is made with 100% quilting cotton with a warm batting sandwiched in the middle.
Falling Green Squares Quilt
This Falling Green Squares quilt was designed and made by me. It is a twin sized quilt and measures approximately 55-inches by 88-inches. This would be great on a single bed or a couch throw!
It is made with 100% quilting cotton with a warm batting in the middle.
B&W Chevron Quilt
This Black and White Chevron quilt, designed and made by me, is approximately 36-inches by 48-inches making it a perfect baby quilt or decorative throw for the couch or bed.
It has a 100% quilting cotton top with a soft polyester “fireside” snuggle backing.
Glass Adonis Quilt
Drawing inspiration from the exquisite stained glass work of @m2tth3w, “Glass Adonis” is a quilted wall hanging that captures the timeless allure of classical male beauty. Its silhouette evokes a sense of elegance and strength
This quilted wall handing has a handing sleeve and measures approximately 15″ by 20″.

The Mountains are Calling
This was a custom commissioned quilt for a couple that wanted a wall hanging to display their patches they are collecting of the peaks of the Adirondack Mountains. The quilt is based on the peak where they got engaged and the quilting motif features designed from their engagement rings.

I was inspired by the colours of a Canadian forest in winter when I made this quilt.

This was a custom commission of a twin sized quilt for someone’s new niece. They wanted to order a quilt for a baby gift that the will still be useful when the baby gets older! I adapted the Spin Off quilt pattern by Warm Folk for this quilt.
Pirates Picnic
This is a small picnic quilt perfect for the park, the beach, or sitting by the campfire. It features Alexander Henry fabric.
Kitty Tea Time Quilt
This quilt was a wedding gift for friends who are tea and cat lovers. It features Tula Pink fabric from the Curiouser & Curiouser Collection.
